I made an appointment to get contacts. they said that they would reschedule me again so I could take the contact class again. they rescheduled me for Saturday when the Eye Doctor was not there when I tried to make another appointment. The lady asked me if the appointment works for me and then kept telling me that she cannot do that appointment then they scheduled me on another Saturday and told me they needed reschedule. This place is incredibly unprofessional. I will never go there again.

They don't tell you everything, especially having the eye care club, they let me keep using my frames until they broke, replaced my lens but in warranty both can be and they failed to let me know but they want to say in the beginning of purchase we tell you okay that could be to a different person you told or two years ago, the worker has our info pulled up to know and ask. There for only using my lens warranty, had to pay out of pocket for my frames. They make you feel dumb, the service there is a hit or miss. recommend Newburgh one!

Gave them a chance. Took them three weeks to get my sample contacts before they would allow me to have my prescription. They never called to tell me. Now to boot I find out they maxed out my insurance for this year without telling me (my bad I should have asked I guess) so now I have no vision insurance until next year for my contacts. Never again.

I had such a nice experience at this office. I was a tad leary going to a known name. But from the beginning, the receptionist was great. Doctor Burman was exceptional. I was late and they still fit me in.
The manager Michael really made us feel like we have been going to this place for years. I definitely recommend this establishment. A+
