I had a fantastic experience for my first visit at Eye To Eye to have an exam done! When I checked in, there was some miscommunication with my appointment date & time however, the ladies at the front desk found a way to squeeze me in. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, plainly experienced & knowledgeable, FAST, and made me feel like I part of their small business family! I really enjoyed my visit not only because my needs were taken care of, but I truly enjoyed visiting with each and everyone of the staff members and Doctor while I was there. I got my glasses here about 6 months ago. After about 3 weeks of wearing them the arms became very loose and every time I'm in the area I have them tightened again and again.
Yesterday I had gone in to have them tightened again the tech took the glasses on the back for a couple minutes as usual. When he handed them back to me, there was a deep scratch adjacent to the screws and he didn't even have the decency to bring it to my attention.
I'm very disappointed after paying out of pocket for these glasses, and them scratching the hell out of them only after 6 months
