Ultimate Spectacle

Ultimate Spectacle was recommended to me by a coworker. I am so glad I went. I haven't worn glasses since high school, and had no idea how bad my vision was. I ended up ordering both contacts and glasses as a backup. The entire experience was extremely professional and efficient. The girls at the front desk was courtesy and kind. The young lady who performed all of my eye tests (about 6/7) explained the directions well and was pleasant. The Doctor was phenomenal, didn't leave any questions unanswered. He explained everything thoroughly. The ladies who helped me learn how to put my contacts in, order my contacts and glasses, and helped me finance my order were phenomenal! They made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process. Thank you to everyone at Ultimate Spectacle, and the best trio, Liz, Maria, and Val, you ladies rock!

I went to my usual place to get an eye exam and new glasses, but there was a very long wait and decided to just make an appointment. The next available appointment was almost 2 months away. I checked around and found Ultimate Spectacle and decided to try there. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by every employee and felt welcomed. Everyone was helpful and I was able to get an eye exam very quickly. The doctor was amazing, helpful, funny, and made me feel comfortable. Maria helped me with frames and told me my glasses would be ready in about an hour and a half. I left and came back a little early and figured I'd wait there. As soon as I walked in, Maria said my glasses were ready! A great place and customer service was excellent! Thank you Maria (and everyone)!

Thorough exam and I didnt feel rushed. Was able to discuss my vision needs and where I had issues in the past with another provider. The tech, the doctor and let's not forget Maria who was amazing helping me find the right frames for my budget. I picked up my glasses in less than 2 weeks and ordered an additional pair for reading at an amazing price. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Maria is an excellent sales representative. She provided excellent customer service to my mother inlaw Wendy and myself Alexandria. She's very attentive and polite. Her personality made shopping for glasses a wonderful experience. Dr. Restrepo was very knowledgeable and polite. Overall great experience and we highly recommend.

I went there a couple days ago for a basic eye exam and the Dr and assistants were very helpful and kind and also it wasn't a long wait. Also the employees that worked the eye wear counter helped me pick the most suitable glasses for my face. Would recommend very nice and comfortable environment.

The Dr. and staff here are incredibly professional, courteous, and accommodating. I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. They were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions promptly. They even managed to get my glasses to me in time for my trip!

I had a great experience at Ultimate Spectacle. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough, and the testing was very quick. Maria was particularly helpful with selecting frames that fit my budget and looked good too.
