Exceptional customer service, Sara was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide me with great suggestions and options which I appreciate greatly, especially since this purchase was going to be my 1st prescription purchase. Ultimately I couldn't decide on the frame so I will return to make that decision. I couldn't leave empty handed especially when a pair of fabulous sunglasses was calling my name lol which I purchased. The entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful but Sara was next level.

Cohen's Optical is one of the best eyeglass places I have ever used. Dr. Blair was excellent. She provided thorough information and took the time to clearly explain all of the medical details, which I truly appreciated. Sarah was outstanding. She was incredibly patient and spent hours helping me select the perfect glasses and lenses. Her knowledge of the eyewear world is truly impressive. She knows everything there is to know, and it shows. I was genuinely impressed by her expertise.
The manager, Stephanie, was also wonderful. She was so pleasant and approachable that I could not even tell she was the one in charge. She creates such a warm and positive atmosphere among the staff that it is hard to distinguish who the manager is and who the employees are. That speaks volumes about her leadership. Sarah even went the extra mile to help me order the exact glasses I wanted when the store did not have the brand in inventory. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This is the best eye doctor around. The entire team from reception to the techs and the doctors are all very kind and knowledgeable. I have many auto immune diseases that affect the eyes and the entire team is able to help keep my issues under control. Even during emergencies they are able to help. Went to have my eyes checked early October. The techs were friendly and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and engaging. Used the bathroom facility which was clean. The store was clean. My only concerns was that the frame options under my insurance was limited but I was able to get a copy of my prescription to take to another eye glass place but make sure you have a signature because the doctors stamp is unexceptionable at most places. Also I waited an extremely long time despite having an appointment and only two other people in the waiting area and finally when I came to pick up my glasses the tech brought them to me with a paper she asked me to sign and and she merely walked away forcing me to call her back to wait on a proper examination of the glasses and fitting. It was kinda of busy and she seemed to be distracted. Always examine your glasses and ask for a proper fitting of the frame even upon pick up because in order to work on them they must be handled and sometimes the fitting can be a little off. Especially around the ears.
