Matta Langerman Eye Institute

This Doctor is very unprofessional, the office will schedule an appt, and leave you sitting for several hours, because the doctor is not even in the office, but the office staff do not tell you that...I finally got up and left after waiting for 2 hours, the doctor was actually walking into the office as I was walking out. This happened to me 3 times. He was even an hour late for the eye surgery, it was amazing how the hospital staff was taking bets on how late he would be, this doctor has no concept of time and has no empathy for his patients that are there loosing pay from their jobs waiting for him. When my surgery and healing were all said and done, I am given a prescription for progressive glasses, blue light lenses and glare, I take my prescription to get filled and I receive my glasses and the prescription is completely wrong, I paid a 1000.00 dollars for glasses that Dr. Matta wrote incorrectly, and I cannot get anyone in his offices to give me a call back to get this corrected. I do not recommend this Dr. to anyone.

The waiting time to see doctor is very long. I waited in waiting room for 1,5 hour. Then they call me . I talked to the nurse and then I have to go back to waiting room. Finally after 3 hours in the office I see doctor for 5 minute. Very disappointed. Never going back.

Dr. Matta is very unprofessional, the wait time is outrageous, and the office on a whole is filthy. I could go on, but that was my experience in a nutshell. Don't waste your time, dignity or money on this practice. Please go somewhere else, I highly advise.

These customers clerks are Unprofessional. They keep you on hold forever . They put phone on busy signal. They slam the phone on you. They adjust the phone to after working hrs setting while the place still in operating. What their problems I dont know.
