The front desk staff was especially welcoming and made the visit smooth and stress-free. The doctor was wonderful with my daughter and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The selection of frames is excellent, and the whole process was seamless. I have been a patient of theirs since 2017. I have been treated by Dr. Siegel who is amazing and most recently by Dr. Punim and I have nothing but great experiences with both. My eyes have very big differences and Dr. Siegel helped me by just prescribing one contact on one eye and that has been the difference. Before that I was only able to wear glasses I am now happily able to skip the glasses and only wear contacts. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

Excellent! I had my first appointment with Dr. Todd Punim yesterday and I was so impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent checking my eyes. He made sure my questions were answered and my concerns were clarified beyond words. The staff was also perfection and it was very clear that this office is well run and that patient care, understanding and comfort is a priority. I will now always be one of their patients!

The worst experience I have EVER had at an Eye Doctor's Office or ANY Doctor's office for that matter. Tried to go here for the first time back in 2021 and again a few months back. Both times were bad experiences and this latest time was a follow-up appointment for the appointment a few months ago. It's been 5 years and nothing has changed. They're always running behind. You schedule the earliest appointment they have and yet, you'll still be leaving 2 hours later minimum. They'll even bring you to the back, just to say go back to the waiting room multiple times. Never had this issue with Dr. Rubin (Rubin Eyes in Nanuet, NY), but unfortunately, he retired. I was only there to see Dr. Gordon, as that's who Dr. Rubin referred me to. Dr. Gordon is fine (and expressed that he only rents the space from them and isn't actually associated with them), it's just the rest of the office that sucks. My appointment was at 10 AM, I arrived at 9:40 AM. I was told that I had to wait, because my appointment was at 10 AM, no problem and understandable. However, then they said they were "running a bit behind", that part confused me, because they had only been open for 1 hour and 40 minutes when I arrived. Nonetheless, I waited. Well I soon found out that CLEARLY my definition of "a bit behind" and theirs was different, bc apparently theirs meant they were 3 hours behind, because I did not leave their office until 12:30-12:40 PM. I can understand if this was a last minute appointment, but I scheduled this appointment months in advance. When I got there the waiting room was full and more people just kept coming in. Yet, by the time I got to finally see the doctor I was the last person in the room. I spent all of this time waiting, just to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes and be told I have dry eyes and was given with eyedrops. I was absolutely LIVID. I will NEVER come back here again and make sure to warn as many people in this area as possible. As it seems they overbook themselves all the time. This was my last straw with this office.

Dr. Punim and his staff have been my doctors for over 30 years , they are the very best, kind , professional! You won't be disappointed. Thank you for your service to me and my family for all these years

I and my family had been a patient of Dr. Brad Punims for many years. Our Daughter continued to be a patient of his. We moved south 11 years ago and I had been seeing a Dr there but unfortunately I was losing faith in him So when I was up for the holidays I made an appt to see Dr Punim had an exam, got new glasses and I'm extremely happy with them. Im not worried like I was with the problem I was having. The office staff is very caring, helpful and professional. The best Dr in his profession

I was there for the first time yesterday and all the staff was so wonderful so friendly. They got me in very quickly to see the doctor. He was so nice. I'm definitely a fan now and a customer.
