After living out of state for several years it is good to return to Plaza Optical for my eyecare needs. Dr. Fitzpatrick was very pleasant and thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. Eileen made sure my insurance claim was processed and she and Paul were terrific helping me pick out my new frames. I feel confident that I am in good hands with the entire staff and will certainly recommend Plaza Optical to everyone I know.

I discovered Plaza Optical from my friend Eileen who works there :) I was happy to find out they accept my vision insurance and decided to give them a try! I can't say enough great things about this business. The entire staff is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Paul & Eileen were just fantastic in helping me select glasses that were right for me. The attention to detail they give you is exceptional and they truly go above and beyond in my opinion. Plaza Optical has been nothing short of excellent in providing the best glasses for my daughter! They always take the time to sit down with her and listen to her requests to find the best frames possible for her. Our pediatric opthalmologist even complimented her glasses at our appointment - asking who made them as they were done with precision and perfection. Paul and his staff are always so friendly and accommodating. They worked well with our insurance. The store is very clean and there are a lot of options for frames. Words cannot express how thankful I am to Paul and the staff at Plaza Optical. I felt like a valued customer even though it was my first time there. I had a bad experience with a mall optical store and was having trouble adjusting to my new glasses because the glasses and the new prescription were completely wrong. After many dissatisfied phone calls and trips to the mall, Plaza Optical was recommended to me by my co-worker. From start to finish, My experience here was the complete opposite. The time put into not only selecting my frames, but troubleshooting why my prescription didn't seem accurate was very much appreciated. Everyone there was so thorough and professional.
