Was recommended to go here after several horrible experiences elsewhere. From wrong script to bad service u name it I dealt with it all. I had an issue with mine insurance for the kids. Can't play with the kids health. No other place could figure out what to do but tell me it's my insurance I gotta fix it. Well this place done treated me like they know me forever w respect and like I was spending so hard cash. I was only looking to get what the insurance covers that's why the other places didn't care to waste time on me. They took their time told me the process and that it may take a while but they will do everything they can to help me advocate thru insurance. Very compassionate and not rushing me even told me don't worry if it doesn't work out we will put together something for all the kids that you are comfortable with and as I got emotional he even said he won't charge me for the exam. I just wis I stuck to my gut and stayed local from the beginning. I knew this place was here for ever but I had to go and try to goto some big name stores. I even tried a place down street and the lady was like we aren't allowed to help u with your insurance and telling me quickly they don't have cheap stuff. Why u assume I have no money? Well bros and sis take care of this neighborhood shop like they taking care us. LOVE to ALL

He took the time to help me find the perfect frames and made sure the lenses were just right for my vision needs. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting everything exactly right. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and detail-oriented. Horrible service.. my son has been waiting for his glasses for 8 weeks now and each time I call it's a different excuse, oh the guy didn't put it through or something about the insurance of which that was Allie by the way they had me on hold for more than 5 minutes and still couldn't tell me what was going on, I ended up having to go there on to find out it was never done. DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE!

I went there with my parents and friends and we were treated very well, the people who work there are super professional. I've been with them for two years in a row and I don't have any complaints, the prices are very affordable and they also offer discounts if needed. I recommend this glasses store to anyone who needs an eye exam and new glasses!! I'm sure you won't regret it. There are also people who speak other languages if needed, for example Spanish and Portuguese.

I've been coming to this eye doctor office for some time now . Before I became an adult I use to come here with my mom as a kid . I have my own daughter now and we both for our glasses here and our eyes test . It's an amazing I can carry the tradition with my own daughter . They are very friendly here . It's always busy and they always seem to fit everyone in and out and fast . They are very local to the customers . I've been here in my adult hood for some time now . I get lots of discount when I come here as well . Thank you guys for always accommodating my family needs. Leo is amazing along with his co worker Manny. The doctor was so friendly and kids friendly as well . They are even pet friendly while you get your appointment done .

I Love going to Mount Vernon Eye Care on Gramatan Avenue always a vibe always a pleasant visit!!! Never a long wait ,the young men that are there are always respectful & helpful!!! the doctor is kind and courteous and knows her job!!! I've been going to Mount Vernon Eye Care since I was a very young girl And they were located on first Avenue then and they were known as County Optical The name might've changed But never the care. Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff & Great Experience! I went to Mount Vernon Eye care because it was close by, and I was hoping for a fair price. I'm so glad I did! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional right from the start. The doctor was amazing! She answered all my questions thoroughly and even shared extra information about my eye health that I never knew before. She was patient, kind, and really took the time to explain things. She even suggested a cost-saving option for my contacts, which I really appreciate. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor!
