Awesome eye doctor for years. Staff outstanding

I've been seeing Dr. Mohedano since I was 13 and I'm just going to say she is the absolute best! Her and her staff are always professional and friendly. I now take my 13 year old daughter to her. I highly recommend Dr. Carolyn Mohedano!

I been with my doctor for yrs and my family love this doctor when I was young and I'm older now and I still go to this doctor and my kids.. My doctor is very intelligent, smart my family love this doctor.. my family been there for her since she been there.. happy holidays to the doctor and the people at the desk...

The doctor and staff is very rude and unprofessional. They lie and say that they confirm appointments when in fact they do not. And when you ask to speak to the doctor she defends her staff who is lying then the doctor herself gets rude with the customer. They are always changing staff and look down on the customer especially with medicaid and make comments when you ask how much are other glasses not listed in the medicaid section as if you can not afford it by saying it's expensive as if you can not afford to buy it. My daughter had glasses waiting on and they never called her to say it was ready they don't even update telephone numbers and address they write it down and never put it in the system then when you go to the office they will give you the wrong information that is no longer yours cause they never updated what you have given them.

Always a good experience and the staff are patient and allow patients to take the time needed to choose their chosen optical items.

Called to check on my glassess. Young lady at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, hung up on me. All I called to do was check and see if they came in. Terrible experienc .
