America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Crystal provided excellent service (New Hartford, NY). She worked so hard so that our visits were fast, easy, and fruitful. She helped us replace my lenses with my new prescription during visit 1, then fitted and adjusted things on visit 2. She is so skillful and focused. I wish Crystal worked at every store I frequent. She's a keeper.

I had a great visit at America's Best today. At first it was a little shaky but I believe the stress is getting to everyone. In the end when picking out my glasses Aurther was kind and made my visit overall enjoyable. The coworker sitting besides him was also very kind. Check them out. It's worth a try.

Made an appointment for a Saturday for my daughter, bf, and I. The Dr was on vacation so it was virtual. We were there over an hour and a half. They kept rejecting my daughters pretests, which excuse me, but if she is having issues seeing isn't that what she is there for? I had my exam after several attempts to get hers done. Rescheduled her for a day the Dr was in because she was getting frustrated, as was I. Bf went in and the camera to take pictures wasn't working, he ended up rescheduling as well. The glasses selection was nice and they did take what we had all picked out. I was the only one able to order that Saturday. If I had known the exam would be virtual, I would have scheduled for a day the Dr was there. The Dr was wonderful and they were both able to get glasses at their rescheduled appointments.

The staff/team here were so wonderful. Very friendly and wanting to answer my questions to the best of their ability. Dr. Lloyd is a calming presence in the crazy sea of health care.

Had amazing service from Jennie! Very friendly and fast service.took the whole family after visiting a doctor elsewhere and had a horrible experience. We used America's best in colorado, and even though it's a bit of a drive to get here, it was well worth it!!!
