Dr. Ganga Nair

Dr. Nair is the rudest person I ever encountered. I waited 2 hours thinking I was getting an routine eye exams by another doctor I requested only to end up with her and her condescending attitude. She was rude, yelled at me and belittling. This was all over a field of vision test which I explained last visit she was not doing and as to why. She belittled me on our first appointment. I did reach out to Dr. John Costello office only to be told he doesn't talk to people and the office manager would be in contact. It's been 3 weeks and 2 calls still nothing. Now I will be taking the next step. If you go here avoid Dr. NAIR. Instead go to Dr. Bushinger or someone else or maybe somewhere else.

My mom needed an emergency eye exam, as she refused to go to the ER and needed an MRI script. My mom's aide accompanied her to the appointment, then called me afterward. Yes, Dr. Nair did give her a script for an MRI, but refused to answer my mother's questions, or look at her. Looking through these reviews, it seems to be a consistent issue with this doctor: no bedside manner.

Very friendly and explained everything. I would highly recommend her.
