Excellent eye exams, precise prescriptions, high quality eyeglass frames and lenses, and perfect fittings! I've been coming to Lamberto Opticians for many years and I've always had a wonderful experience. I know with Dr. Ralph Lamberto I will always get an excellent exam, and thanks to Vincent Lamberto, I know I will receive the perfect frame style and fit. Today, I received my new, trifocal, eyeglass prescription, after having had cataract surgery. As always, they are a perfect fit. Thank you, to the Lambertos, and all of their professional and caring staff.

Excellent exam. Very thorough exam. Not rushed and pays attention to details. Listens to patients. Waiting room time was never more than ten minutes. No overbooking. Hits 5 stars on all levels.

I just picked up my new eyeglasses from Lamberto Opticians. They are much better than the ones I paid $701.00 for that I can't see out of from a previous eyeglass place. I asked for a refund after several attempts to fix the prescription, but was told they do not issue refunds. Lamberto Opticians came highly recommended and they did not disappoint me. Dr. Lamberto is knowledgeable and very thorough. Sheila and Charlotte are warm and welcoming. I'm very glad I switched!

I had to get glasses again! I used to check out the Lamberto Opticians window when I waited at the light in New Hartford Village. Now they have moved to a different location in the New Hartford Shopping Center so I can't window shop but I remembered how great the business looked from when I waited at the red light. I was not disappointed! Charlotte was wonderful to work with. She helped me choose flattering frames and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Charlotte adjusted both the frames for regular lenses and sunglasses. When I returned today there was no need to readjust either pair so my pickup time was very brief. She also sent me information so that I am able to deduct some of the cost from my insurance. I heartedly recommend Lamberto Opticians if you need glasses!

I LOVE this office. I have been taking my 6 children here for years. We started out with Dr. Zuck and now that Dr. Lamberto has joined the practice we see him as well. Thorough, kind, clean and so patient. I honestly can't say enough good things about this practice, about EVERYONE that works there.

Recently I was talked into going to Lamberto's for new glasses, what a mistake. The owner Ralph Lamberto's personality is brutal and his office staff did not deliver as promised. When I called to make an appointment I asked if I would get 2 pairs as my insurance offers and as I have received the last 2 times I've gone for glasses at vision works. Today I picked up my 1 pair, the office staff blamed it on the insurance company. All I know is the last 2 times I was given 2 pairs with the same insurance company, again at vision works. I DON'T recommend Lamberto's.
