When scheduled an appointment I was told to plan on 1 1/2 to 2 hours!!! 1 hour 29 minutes later I was done with my appointment! EVERYONE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT THERE, including Dr. Williams! Very nice, quiet environment in the waiting rooms as well!!! I would highly recommend Mohawk Valley Retina!!!!!

Doctor Stephen Williams is extremely rude and disrespectful! disregarding all patients questions and concerns. His demeanor and lack of empathy for patients is not only unprofessional but it is also deplorable! I recommend that anyone seeking eye care consult another physician I will be reporting him to the NYS office of professional medical misconduct (OPMC)

Staff was wonderful, courteous and pleasant to speak to. Doctors did not listen to concerns or allow to answer any questions. It was obvious they were more concerned about getting from patient to patient than actually helping the patient to understand and treat their condition. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.
