I have been getting my annual eye exam at Dr. Montesanti's office for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Dr. Montesanti did my cataracts and seeing him every year is a pleasure! The staff I have dealt with are very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Always a positive experience :)

Doctor is amazing, very caring and compassionate and takes time to hear you which is rare for doctors these days. Reception and nurses could work on people skills. I was rushed with questions by the nurse who saw me before the doctor, to the point of being cut off by the next question, even though it did not appear as busy there as it usually is. Reception charged me a high deductible co-pay after I explained I did not have high deductible plan with my insurance company. They advised there is no way for them to know that until after my visit. Even after I explained that they did the last thing to me twice last year and ended up refunding me for the difference, I was advised they would have no way of knowing that.

Dr. Montesanti was very nice and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and explained my dry eye problem very well. Everyone in the office was kind and polite. Their computers were down but they called me later to make sure they had all my information. I liked that!

Everyone was super friendly and courteous. Dr. Montasanni was very friendly. Did not try to pressure you into doing anything you didn't need done. We'll go again next year for my yearly check up.

Couldn't be more pleased that I ended up in his office after a Google search. I was having a medical emergency and after sitting in an ECC ER for six hours and then being told I had at least 11 more hours to wait the very kind receptionist at this office said she could squeeze me in even though they were fully booked that day. Every single person in the office was very pleasant and kind, and they move you through each step of your appointment quickly, efficiently, and kindly. The doctor is very personable and friendly while being very efficient and explaining everything that he's doing and what's going on with your health. I don't think it's any surprise that finding a good healthcare professional, who is also pleasant and kind to be around is getting harder and harder to find in 2025. I'm not knocking on medical professionals, but the bedside manner and customer service part of this job has gone downhill in my experiences over the past couple years since Covid I will not be looking for a new eye doctor and I cannot encourage everybody enough to spend your hard earned money in healthcare insurance at this office where you will feel welcomed and that you're getting excellent care.

He was absolutely a wonderful person a in d his staff is also. The person that came with him is awesome. I can't say enough to do her justice. The rest of his staff is wonderful!

Love Dr.Montesanti! I get very anxious when I go to the eye Dr. He is very caring and compassionate. Dr. Montesanti understands that I am nervous and he takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have.

Kristine was so sweet & very knowledgeable of questions that I had asked! Also very thorough. Dr. Montesante is the best! Friendly, kind and gentle. I always recommend him to friends & family!
