Niagara Falls Eye Care

Everyone here is amazing! I never will let anyone one examine my eyes but you or order my glasses and contacts. Every time I come they are smiling and patiently awaiting all customers with the warm welcome

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The staff really does provide a welcoming atmosphere. The office could be warmer though.

On October 9th went for a eye exam with the Awesome Eye Dr, he gave me a new script which I would have to pay out of pocket for due to my date for my Insurance to cover was going to be at the beginning of the year I was told by their staff. So I returned, on October 21st or 22nd, with a frame I chose and asked to order the lenses for these frames which they said was okay to do. I paid the $252.00 for the lenses and when I asked about how long before they would be back I was told by their staff woman ordering my lenses about 2 weeks maybe sooner. On November 5th at 4:13 pm I called to inquire about the glasses. I gave my information and the receptionist I did not get her name or the other woman who may have been in the background but they know who they are? Stated that she would check so this was a 1 minute call according to my call log so she must have put me on hold and went to look ? When she returned she proceeds to tell me with a slight bit of tone that I was told that someone would call me when these glasses come in and I said yes and they said it would be 2 weeks so I thought I would check in and see if they came in. So she says that someone will call me when they come in and not in a very good way I want to add. Okay so 13 days later I haven't heard from them, so I call back, cause I'm thinking I should have heard something by now right ? So I call the office and talk to Kristen who tell me that oh yes your glasses are here they came in earlier in the month I'm not sure why no one has called you ? Says I can come pick them up. So I go to get them and now I'm a little upset that no one called me and ask the woman who has my glasses what happened to someone calling me when they come in ? She doesn't have a answer and says that they must have just come in and that she hadn't got to it yet ? So I said I called two weeks ago to inquire and was told not so nicely that someone would call me when they came in ? So when did they come in I asked her and she replies November 4th ?????????????????????? I can't quite understand why or how that could happen with at least 3 to 4 staff plus the doctor working In This office ? Possibly these woman find it humorous to watch someone obviously angry walk into the office and take it out on the woman helping me with my glasses I'm not sure but it appears she could have or should have possibly called me as well to report that they were in. I absolutely do not enjoy being treated in that way. I know the office does well so they won't miss my business !!

I am writing a 5 star review for my first experience here and it was amazing!!! The wait time was great in comparison to everything these wonderful people who work here were doing for me. I will definitely be coming back and making this place a regular for my eye care. I am terrible with names but the optometrist that took care of me was absolutely wonderful she was quick and vey knowledgeable. The test she gave me were quick and easy and gave me the best feeling ever that she covered so much to make sure my eye health is ok. Absolutely wonderful experience!!!!

My whole family has been coming here for over 10 years. Will never go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and so helpful! The doctor is friendly and helps you feel at easy thru your whole exam. Best place I've ever gone and I've been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old.

Very welcoming staff, didn't try to pressure me into any tests I was uncomfortable with, and very communicative with me on what my situation was. Just a very caring and positive environment, will definitely follow up with them for my future eye care needs.
