Insight Eye Care

Have my eyes checked here annually. I can't say enough about every person who works there. They are very friendly and courteous and always with a smile. They are very thorough with your exam as well as with helping you with choosing, getting the glasses you need and like as well as adjusting them. Very supportive and helpful. I love going there as the atmosphere is so cheery.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Jen Glose for my annual eye exam, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was called back for my appointment promptly, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Jen herself was exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and conducted a comprehensive examination, explaining each step of the process clearly and patiently. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I particularly appreciated her thoroughness in checking for any potential issues and her clear communication regarding the health of my eyes. Furthermore, Dr. Jen's approachable demeanor made the appointment a positive and stress-free one. I felt comfortable and confident in her care. The equipment used in the office appeared to be state-of-the-art, contributing to the overall high quality of service. As soon as I walked, I was greeted by the receptionist. As a new patient, they were very thorough in the explanations of the paperwork & insurance. The entire office was bright, clean & nicely decorated. Shortly after I finished my paperwork, the optometrist assistant took be back for my initial tests. She was friendly and professional. Once completed, she took me to Dr. Jen Glose's room. Dr. Glose was very meticulous & patient with me during my eye exam. She took the time to make sure that my script will give me the best vision possible! Once the exam was completed, they helped me pick out frames that fit my face well and looked good. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend them!

All the staff at Insight are always so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Dr Tony is awesome! He always makes me laugh. I'm so glad I switched from my old place to Insight.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I always feel welcome when I go in. I recommend Dr. Glose. She is patient and thorough and makes you feel comfortable when giving you eye exams.
