My first appointment was in Amherst, which I've already reviewed on how awesome they were there. Yesterday I had my surgery/left eye done on Porter. When I first walked in the guy that took care of me at the desk was amazing and it just continued from there. Lauren did my pre op and she was so friendly.Everybody walks around with a smile on their face. You can tell that the staff really likes each other and that is so wonderful to see.Dr Elmer was so friendly and kind. Then, after surgery, the guy that took care of me was so nice and walked me out to my car.If I could give this more than five stars, I would!!!!!!! Just a great experience from the very beginning. My next surgery is in three weeks and I can't wait because I already see so much clearer out of my left eye.It's like i'm seeing for the first time.Thank you,thank you thank you.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a retired RN after a 42-year career, so my standards for health care are set pretty high. My experience with their office for cataract surgery exceeded expectations. Dr. Endl is one of the most highly skilled doctors I have ever had contact with. I would describe him as nothing short of brilliant. I am one day out from my second surgery, and my vision quality is better than it has been in years--and he tells me it will get even better as I heal. I never imagined I would see this well again. The staff is professional, kind, friendly, and caring. They know their job, and they do it efficiently. The facility is comfortable, spotless, and well decorated. I recommend them 100 percent!

I like coming here but today I went and was serviced by the most rudest and unprofessional individual I have ever met. He is definitely in the wrong profession, I believe his name was Eric I can't remember but he was very rude, childish and disrespectful!!!

Niagara falls hours on line says 530, and they closed at 5. Please fix. The next day, i went to Amherst, and Jessica was excellent. Extremely experienced individual makes a pleasant experience and short visit. Moreover, this is my second pair in <6 months. Now i know where and who to go to.
