Staff were easy to talk to and the most empathetic and kind people I was lucky to meet. I was having a terrible day and their compassion made such a huge difference in my life. I will recommend them to anyone ever in the Niagara Falls area. And they have a variety of frames for a great price! Thank you so much Labmasters for employing great people!!

Came here because it was recommended by friends. Recent cataract surgery makes new lenses necessary for my glasses. Medicare will pay for some of the cost, but this business doesn't bill Medicare. Since that means almost an extra $200 expense, I went somewhere else.

My son is 18 months old and needs glasses, hes a happy but very rambunctious little boy. I walked in Niagara Labmasters very overwhelmed because of my son being so young and not have any knowledge about Pediatric eyeglasses. I meet with LuAnne that took time to answer all my questions. The level of patients she had with my son and I was outstanding. She explained the importance of different types of glasses and lenses for his age. I walked out of Niagara Labmasters feeling thankful and relieved. Thank you LuAnne for your care you provided in such a difficult and confusion time for this mom. We will be returning very soon to finish our fittings/ordering with you!

Service is excellent, having any insurance and or having an exam lowers the retail cost of the frames significantly. Also takes care of other stores frames as well. I brought my own pair purchased elsewhere and had a prescription filled to them. Before that I had them custom adjust an old pair of lenses to a new frame. I have a thick lense, and they even trimmed the edges on an angle to reduce the thickness without losing lense view area.

I really love Dr. Komm, and the staff is so nice and accommodating. The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is because it is sometimes hard to get a hold of them and the Niagara Falls office. And the hours are tough for me as someone who works a regular 9 - 5 and Mon - Fri job. They do have Saturday hours though! But sometimes are closed on Saturdays, and it isn't clear which Saturdays they are closed unless you talk to someone and they can tell you specifically which ones they plan to be closed. I understand these are nit-picky issues. And like I said, I love the Dr. and the staff. I think their prices are great, and great selection.

Dr Komm is such a great optometrist! He's always very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He's been my eye doctor for years and I highly recommend!
