Worst customer service ever experienced. They made a mistake. On my appointment date . No it was not on my part as I noticed ym daughters school last month with date she would not be in. Cancelled my appointment with my doctor for my heart. Lost a days work. Paid for a cab not to be seen Now my daughter is upset because the glasses she has been using don't fit her right. Had to replace frames when she was in fl because she broke them. They could have made arrangements for us to be seen. We been going their for years. This just goes to show you they don't value there coustomers. Would never recommend them to anyone. The worst coustomers service I ever seen

Still very upset being rushed off the phone and being hurried up to tell no your glasses aren't ready and just hangs up. Not professional.Very upset with phone calls going to voice and being hung up on because I wanted to give them a model number and see if they could put the glasses in some Gucci frames this is ridiculous I'm a customer trying to spend money about to switch places lady at front desk clearly has no knowledge young too . You don't hang up on someone who's been a customer and I will complain when I go in this is the time it basically happened and say. Always been treated great by glasses fitter times 100 and the Dr.

I take my grandson there. He is very happy with Dr. Atkinson. The reception is friendly and helpful. The individual who fits him for frames works well with him. Overall, very satisfied with Niagara Optical and would recommend them.

Husband got his glasses there a year ago. The arm broke off on Christmas Eve. Was told to come back next week ( 5 days without glasses) -that they could/would not help us. Went back again today- told by an older women that on one was there to help. Behaved like we were intruding. Now we're going to have to pay more moeny to have them fixed somewhere else.

The people that work here are awful. They all Have rude attitudes. And make it very obvious they do not like their job. Sometimes they accept my insurance and other times they don't. Seems like a complete scam. If I could give 0 stars I would but then I wouldn't be able to submit this review

I have been going there since I was 5 years old. I am so disappointed and angry , what has happened to this business? Service is a joke , quality less than acceptable. I was charged $350 for a claim that should have been submitted to insurance. It's been 2 months still don't have a pair of wearable glasses. It's a rotten shame , Iwill never return for glasses , still trying to get my money totally refunded and a pair of glasses I can actually wear.

Staff puts me on hold without so much as a hello 3x I sit in a que for 30min while I'm at my real job so my phone answering job. Then they put through to a voice-mail. Unbelievably rude reception staff.

Been coming here a long time. I've taken frames that I got online that don't sit quite right on my face just right in before and they will adjust them at no cost.
