is it hard for medical records to pick up the phone? Even when you have questions they never pick up even when you leave voicemail, they never call you back.

My grandmother has waiting for 2 hours to be seen. They overbook. Giving a time slot to more than one person. They are so over booked that they come out of the office and told patients family to either stand or go back out to our cars. This place is ridiculous!! The doctors make you wait 2 hours or more to see you for 5 min!!
