The eye doctor was good and had a sense of humor, which made the exam comfortable. One staff member stood out as genuinely helpful. However, most of the staff seemed disengaged, and communication was poor. Calls often went unanswered, and when they were answered, the attitude was unpleasant. The selection of glasses was limited with very little customization. Different lens options (such as thickness or lens types) were not explained, and important details were left unsaid unless you specifically asked. Overall, the experience could be significantly improved with better customer service, clearer communication, and more guidance during the ordering process That said... price wise it is good.

My progressive, transition, scratch resistant lenses always cost over $800. At Costco I can get THREE pair for that price. Or one pair for $275. Always many helpful, knowledgeable employees at the counter, plus I have never waited more than six days for the 'your glasses have arrived' text. Last month I noticed I had somehow chipped one of the lenses in the glasses I purchased ten months ago. Finally went back to Costco a week ago to inquire if I could pay to replace the faulty lens. The woman helping me said no. But that they would be happy to replace it for free! And it didn't take a week to ten days as warned; I dropped them off on Friday and got the text the following Wednesday! What a wonderful place.

Dr. Frank was incredibly kind and patient with my mom. She's a bit older and sometimes gets nervous at appointments, but he made her feel completely comfortable. He took the time to listen to her needs and found her a pair of glasses that fit perfectly and made a big difference in her vision. Seeing how happy and confident she felt afterward meant so much to us. We're truly grateful--highly recommend Dr. Frank!

Dr. Franks was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. He addressed my concerns and made recommendations for next steps. Michael in the optical center was wonderful as well. Great customer service. Explained the whole process and helped in picking out my glasses. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Franks! Professional and very attentive. Dr. Franks is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during the visit. Edit: I was not a walk in! He's Arrogant and the exam I received was quick and far from thorough. His business has nothing to do with Costco(he's private) so he will fit you in even though there's no room, just to make a dollar, while your vision suffers. I went to another place, where I was listened to, treated with kindness and respect, while getting the correct prescription for my eyes.

I've been coming here for years to get glasses for my children, and I'm always impressed by the fantastic selection of stylish and high-quality frames. The prices are unbeatable compared to any other optical store I've visited. Just yesterday, Kenny went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve an issue with my son's glasses - his exceptional service really stood out. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and committed to helping customers. Costco Optical has become my go-to place for all my family's eyewear needs--highly recommended!

I just went in for new contacts and glasses and always go to Glen. He is so friendly and helpful and gives his honest opinion on glasses which I really appreciate. I highly recommend seeing him for all of your optical needs.
