They really do go above and beyond not only during your eye exam, but also with providing you information about your insurance and great customer service. Nancy was really sweet and so helpful to me, she answered all of my questions and never once made me feel bad. Thank you so much! I'll be back next year!

I am extremely disappointed with reception at this store. I am not someone who complains writes reviews but I think both customers and the staff their should be aware of the disservice. I was not contacted when my purchase was ready to be picked up. I waited two weeks and then called myself only to find that the purchase had been there for days. Fine, maybe they forgot it call, it happens. Then I went to pick up my purchase and the receptionist told me I had to get a photo of my eye taken in order to take home my purchase. That should have been done with my eye exam. I take the photo and was given my purchase with the qualifying rebate for my purchase. I went home to fill out the rebate and send it in only to find the rebate I was given was expired. So I called the office to find out what was going on and if there was a valid rebate. They took down my name and number AND NEVER called me back. I had to drive to the office 5 days later and ask for the correct rebate. Now that I filled out the rebate, the rebate company is telling me the receipt the eye doctor gave me has incomplete information and that they cannot process my claim. If I wasn't supposed to save $200 I would give up! It seems they need some customer service training and some new employees who know what they are doing. The optomistrist was wonderful but the rest of the staff was severely disappointing.

I have been using them for my daughter, her mother, and myself. The staff has always been kind, friendly, and professional. I had a lot of trouble with a different business for my families eye care and they were a welcomed relief. They have been very accommodating during Covid and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything to do with eye care.

My family and I have been going here for years. I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate, and relatable Dr. Bohn is. He has always made me feel at home, and we're going on 3rd generation of his patients. He was so calm, easy going, and assuring to my special needs siblings that they LOVE taking a visit. If you're looking for an eye doctor, you've found the best one I've ever had the pleasure to meet!

Terrible experience! Big unhappy woman receptionist was so rude and nasty to me because I skipped a question in the form. I walked out without yelling. Called the doctor who seen what had happened to no avail!! Terrible staff in general the man there was also short with another patient. Don't go near this rinky dink store!!

Sold me 2 boxes of contacts which turned out to be the wrong prescription (wrong base curve), then said the contacts were mine regardless of the mistake.

Dr. B saved me- the thought outside of the box and helped me see clearly for the first time in my adult life. Thank you!
