I had an amazing experience with Vision Decision. After having to find a new place to get glasses due to an insurance change, I could not be more pleased with the service of this business! Dr. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. The staff were all so kind and assisted me in finding a new pair of glasses. Everyone was accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. I'm so glad I decided to come here!

I bought glasses from Vision Decision around a year ago. The glasses I found were a nice style that fit my face, the lenses, top quality and state of the art progressive. I had my eye exam done in house which was also a very thorough and pleasant experience. Since I bought the glasses from them, I've gone back twice and have received only top of the line, professional customer service. I am a high praise but also highly critical person and I can honestly say this company is run the right way. If you are in the market for new glasses or contacts I would definitely visit their store in Oceanside and give them a chance to earn your business. Great experience. GVS is my New insurance after 20 years of having Davis Vision. I didn't know where to go. I went to the big chain store and didn't like the experience so I left. Vision Decision was a great local shop with a fantastic selection of frames included in my plan. Dr Dave was super thorough and explained the whole process of the exam. I have progressives and it's important to get quality lenses, so he explained the different options to me. Love my new frames too, very stylish. Would definitely recommend .

Dave and his team are wonderful! They are very responsive and attentive. I appreciated the fact that they worked with us to arrive at a purchase that best met our needs. I have been getting my glasses from Richard and Dr Dave for years. They are so professional. They have worked with me when I had an issue getting the right prescription. They went above and beyond even though they didn't have to. I will be a customer for life.

I came into Vision Decision recently with my elderly mom with both hearing and cognitive issues. She often either loses or breaks her glasses. The optometrists at Vision Decision went above and beyond for us. They were caring, beyond helpful and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend them!
