Quick and painless. Went really well and pretty fast. No idle chit chat and was in and out in about 15 minutes. It's only my second eye appointment in 30 years or so but now that I need glasses, it's good, for me, to not have an hour wait, then waste time going over everything. If you need someone to coax your problems out of you, then it may not be the best place. If you want a place that is there to take care of business and you are willing to bring up issues or things that you want discussed on your own, then this is a good place.
