Great customer service from all three Associates. Didn't try to oversell anything and even told me that new Lences weren't really necessary unless I wanted new frames for a different look. Gave me a full eye health exam and provided the results that I could share with my primary Physician. Highly recommend

I am very upset about my failure to be able to put in contacts. I felt rushed & the store was too busy to learn how to put the contacts in. I have struggled with glasses since I started wearing them, & the Target team has always been there for me in the past. This time I felt abandonned & I wasted a ton of money. After I failed to put the contacts in, I had zero instruction or next step, it was just leave. I believe that this was due to them being extrememly busy, but I had an appointment. I seriously am thinking about switching & I am sad about that.

Matt called to tell me I had no vision coverage. I asked if he had phoned Excellus because my insurance hasn't changed and I had coverage last year. He phoned back and said he contacted my carrier and they verified I had no coverage. When I questioned him on who he spoke to he became argumentative and hung up on me. I phoned Excellus and they verified I had coverage. The representative phoned Target, Matt answered the phone and said he checked my coverage. The representative said there was no record of him phoning or speaking to anyone. She then went onto explain to him it was through medical and Target Optical was longer in network. He became argumentative with the representative saying they can't bill that way and then said, 'I have customers!' and hung up on her. There is a big difference between no vision coverage and your facility being out of network and incapable of billing the company correctly. A company that hires employees that are too lazy to make a phone call and worse lie about it is not a company I am willing to give my hard earned money to. No more Target for me.

The receptionist was super nice and amazing to me. The Dr. was very unenthused and not welcoming by any means. Probably not going to go back to this location at least.
