I have nothing but good things to say my puppy got a hold of my daughter's glasses and absolutely destroyed them. I called over to Cohen's in Patchogue and spoke to Ana I was told to come down and she would look at my daughter's frames as you can imagine they were completely torn apart. I told her we were going on vacation and we urgently needed a new pair before Thursday. She promised me we would have them the next day or the day that we were leaving and she kept her word. She literally drove out of her way to go to the lab and pick up my daughter's lenses herself and I had them with in 24 hrs for that I am thankful and we will forever be customers of theirs if you're looking for a great place to go for glasses definitely go to Cohens in Patchogue.

So I had a great time getting my new glasses and trying on contacts. The Dr was very nice and caring, the front side of the Dr was nice and respectful.
Now when I got to the sales receptionist to order my contacts there was an old lady, she was very dismissive and made me feel disrespected, when asked questions to try to clear it up she took it wrong and started being defensive.
Would return for the Dr office, not the selling side of this site.

I have been going to cohens in patchogue for over 10 years. The customer service is awesome and the staff are nice. I deal with Estelle and she is anazing with making sure you get the help you need. She treats you like family. Its a breath of fresh air esp when most places are selling you what you dont need. Thank you Estelle its always a good visit!

Not happy with how they do not show you or breakdown what my insurance covers! They told me I HAD to order a WHOLE YEAR SUPPLY OF CONTACTS in order to get my insurance to cover the contacts! Now I am out $400 and Costco sells them cheaper! My daughter went to Davisvision today and they told her that she doesn't have to order a whole year, our insurance will cover in full 2 months supply! Cohen Fashion in Patchogue is a rip off! Very unprofessional and mislead costumers into spending more money than they should have to!
