I have been going to Dr. Jennifer Flynn for years. She is an excellent optometrist, very thorough, knowledgeable, and supportive. I appreciate that she works with me to find a prescription level that is accurate/just right for me. They also have a beautiful selection of glasses!

Same complaint as others, a shame to see she's still working there. This rude receptionist will give you so much anxiety the minute you have a question or need to reschedule. She basically interrogated me on WHY I needed to reschedule and told me maybe I should just go elsewhere. Her exact words. Shocked someone like this is employed to greet patients. A shame because I love supporting smaller family ran businesses but will definitely be going elsewhere.

Doctor Jennifer Flynn is great, she corrected my prescription by the slightest that fixed an issue that was previously diagnosed as "dry eyes" by another doctor. I've been going there for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the encounters (today and prior visits) with a member of the front desk has me looking for another office. The level of stress to tip toe around her without getting the combative reactions and tones is too much. I have small kids lol, I have enough on my plate to tolerate. At least with my kids I can teach them mannerisms. G** forbid you ask the woman up front (there are three at times - the issue is just one of them) a question. She eye rolls, huffs and puffs as if you interrupted her with nonsense. Very combative. I am not a fan of the big name stores like Cohens - love the personable smaller offices I thought this place would be. 5 stars for Dr. Jennifer Flynn, 1 star for front desk.

Office ordered the wrong glasses, was told I was wrong. Receptionist is rude. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

Always a great experience. Very nice Doctors.
