I just wanted to chime in on my visit with this branch. Very welcoming place very clean very professional. Well organized played nice soft music eye exam went smoothly. Doctors are very attentive. They are pushy. They explain everything. Just a pleasant experience. And this is not the first time that I've been here.

She took me in right away with no waiting, no hassle, and treated my visit like it truly mattered. Lisa adjusted my glasses with such care and attention that they honestly fit better than when I first got them. While she worked, we had great conversation, and she made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable. It's rare to find someone who blends professionalism with genuine warmth so effortlessly.
Honestly, Lisa is the kind of employee every business wishes they had. She represents the company beautifully, makes customers feel valued, and clearly loves what she does.

I visited Davis Visionworks in Morton Village to get glasses for my daughter. The staff were polite and made an effort to help, including checking how they could work with my insurance to make things easier. They really did try to accommodate us.
Unfortunately, my daughter just didn't like any of the frames available during our visit. Style and comfort are very personal when it comes to eyewear, and while they had a variety, nothing quite matched her preferences. Because of that, we couldn't make a purchase that day.
Even though we left without buying, the experience itself was professional and courteous. I appreciate the time they spent assisting us, and perhaps in the future one of my kids will find something they like here, and we'll become their customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Visionworks. I purchased two pairs of glasses from them--regular glasses and prescription sunglasses--and the prescription in both pairs is incorrect. I cannot see properly with either of them, which makes them essentially unusable.
I paid a significant amount of money for these glasses, expecting them to work correctly. When I called to address the issue, I was told they would not replace the lenses unless they ran my insurance again, which would mean I would have to pay for the glasses all over again.
It has not even been 100 days since I picked them up, and the problem is clearly related to the prescription, not anything I did. It is extremely frustrating to spend so much money on two pairs of glasses that I cannot use and then be told that fixing the issue would cost me again.
Customers should not be held responsible when the prescription provided is incorrect. I expected much better service and accountability from Visionworks.

From the moment I walked into the store, a young man at the desk greeted me, took me to do some quick tests, and then a Lovely woman worked with me to find the correct prescription for eyeglasses. After I chose some glasses- a very nice man sat with me, went over ALL the necessary information to order prescription glasses and sunglasses. It was an Overall GREAT experience!

I had such a great experience at Visionworks. Everyone was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were very responsive, every time I called, someone answered right away without letting it ring more than once, which says a lot about how well the office is run.
The team worked together seamlessly, and you could really feel the sense of harmony and mutual respect among everyone. The doctor was thorough and took time to explain everything clearly, and the staff assisting with frames and lenses were patient and genuinely helpful in helping me find what worked best for me.

Much better experience at the Plainview location versus Garden City which is always over crowded, shorthand on workers and you sit for a hour or more sometimes before even being seen. Plainview was quick, plenty of workers for my family of 5, and we were in/out in a short time. Mind you it was the day after a huge winter storm. All of the workers made it in ready for our appointment that was previously scheduled. Highly recommend this location.
