I visited the Plainview office for a doctor's appointment and was assisted by a Pasquale who was fantastic. When I asked for a cup of water, he first said there was none; I thought he was joking, but he clarified that only tap water was available. He even offered to walk to the neighboring complex to try to get bottled water which he was able to buy for me, I greatly appreciated the effort. The doctor and other staff were excellent, but the lack of available drinking water is unacceptable and should be addressed.

Excellent, clean, professional, organized, comfortable and bright office with fantastic staff. So why did I not give this office five stars? One reason only. The office does not accept Apple Pay or even tapping a credit card or flexible spending health card for copayment. I have all my cards on my mobile phone so having this office support tap-to-pay will make it a five star office.

I love the experience so much in Dr. Kumar they are very patient staff. I've felt so nervous. I getting the dilation because I don't like nothin do with getting but they taught me through it and they're excellent doctors. I would love to come back again and get the right care

I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this office. I got a prescription that needed a proper pre authorization and it was passed along and done incorrectly several times and one week later, my insurance company is still needing information from this office but they are no where to be found. The office hours posted are not true. There are days they are not in and half days and no one is accountable when you need something. Getting a pre authorization for a very expensive medicine from my insurance company was the easy part. Getting someone there who cares enough to see it through is impossible.

The doctors at SignMD are good, including mine, Dr. Samuel Baharestani. But I was very disappointed with the rest of the process. Patients are treated like widgets on an assembly line at three of their Suffolk County NY offices. There are other alternatives.
