Dr Kumar is the kindest Dr. ever!! He has such amazing bed side manners. He thoroughly goes through everything so efficiently and it's so easy to understand. I have a fear of eye drs but he always reassures me that everything will be okay.
My eyes were watering and he prescribed me drops and he also checked my eyes for diabetes as well. He's so wonderful. This was my 2nd encounter with him. He really knows his stuff.

This office is well-run. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The technicians and assistants are pleasant and competent. Dr Kumar is knowledgeable, thorough , friendly and has excellent communication skills. I am very fortunate to have him and his staff provide my vision care.

Doctors and staff were great. The company they work for however definitely only care about your money. The corporate direction to the people working the desk was to collect your copayment as well as trying to charge an extra 150 towards the yearly deductible even though the cost of the visit was completely covered by the copay and the balance paid by my insurance. If the visit was fully paid for where's that extra 150 going? All I got was an examination with contrast eye drops. Not a single procedure was done. Again, the people working there, every single one interacted with from check in to nurses to doctor were all great and friendly. But something fishy is going on with the company at sight MD. And I was in the Smithtown office not Plainview.
