the experience with the doctor and support team of the doctor was wonderful. I arrived, as requested prior to the appointment time. At check in I asked if appointments were running late, I was told no that all 3 doctors were in, and this was why the waiting room was full.
All in 1 hour and 40 minutes, all in treatment time maybe 25 minutes.
The wait time was extremely long and totally disrespectful of my time. And I did not appreciate the front end staff not being truthful of the situation.
