I initially had an appointment at another location with a different doctor and am glad I switched to this facility. Leslie was super helpful in making my appointment. Dr Choi was caring and took his time, and was very detailed and thorough in explaining the issues in my eyes and the procedure.

I know Dr Choi for almost 8 years when he worked for Crystal Run and then started his own practice around Covid. He spends time with you getting to know you and explains things. He treats you like a patient vs put a new patient every 10 minutes to maximize profits. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality care from someone with bed side manners.

I had a sudden worsening of severe dry eye symptoms and was very anxious. The office kindly moved up my appointment, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly. I'm still in the treatment phase, but I truly appreciated the prompt care and professionalism.

Very curtious and professional. I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment and Dr. Choi explained the results of my exam. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

My experience here was very pleasant. I was a walk-in patient and my wait time was very short. The receptionist was very pleasant and even though they didn't take my insurance, other payment options were available. My parents are long time patients and they like going to see him.
