My 76 year old father went to Dr. Vaccaro, she was rude telling him "this is how this is going to go". She gave him two options to try glasses or surgery. He tried the glasses which made his vision worse. He went to see her about the glasses and she told him she did not make a mistake. She then threatened him if he didn't get surgery. HORRIBLE bedside manner!

Dr vaccaro is very good- however the staff at that place are rude- was there for almost three hours- another patient was complaining and they told him to be quiet- older gentleman being talked to like that was terrible- I finally left after almost three hours there- I asked where I was on the list and was kinda brushed off- too bad I used vaccaro had family use her and recommended countless people to this office- she's wonderful- hate leaving dr V but they have zero respect for your time!!
