Got me in when I had no appointment to get metal out of my would definitely recommend

Why does the site say "Accepting New Patients" and why did the staff tell me I needed a referral to make an appointment, if they were only going to tell me after getting said referral that they're booking out 2-3 years? Additionally, when I asked to book anyway, I was refused and scolded by Pam that this wasn't a place for glasses-- that they do "injections and treat major diseases". I am 37 and having symptoms of wet macular degeneration-- which would qualify under Pam's requirements. I have never needed glasses, but may someday since I'll likely go blind before finding any medical support for this issue with "professionals" like these. If there is a reason you don't want to book someone-- be honest. Or at least be informed on why they're requesting an appointment to begin with. Still not sure why Pam wouldn't let me book out the 2-3 years she quoted.

My husband had a referral to Dr. VanWagner back in June. He called every couple weeks to check the status of his case and each time was told "it's under review." Called today to check and they told him it's a TWO YEAR wait. Had someone just told him this before, we wouldn't have wasted our time waiting and would have seen someone else. Not very good communication!!

Dr Kris VanWagner is an excellent eye surgeon. He just performed two eye surgeries on me and did an awesome job. His care is top rated and very professional. He even called me to make sure got got home safe after my surgery. I highly recommend him to anyone needing eye care.

Highly recommend Dr. Wagner. He is a wonderful friendly caring eye doctor. He always takes his time explaining and answering all your questions!
