North Country Vision Center

After visiting two other vision centers I stopped in to North Country Vision and quickly found a frame I liked. Becky was great to work with and was very helpful. I just received my new eyeglasses and I'm very happy with them. They're very comfortable and my vision is excellent. I would recommend North Country Vision to anyone!

Literally best eye exam experience I've ever had. Doc was easy to talk with, quick yet thorough, and also listened to my needs as I've always had prescriptions that were slightly too strong and gave me headaches. Turns out my vision is actually a little better than I was led to believe at previous eye doctors' offices over the years. I see a tremendous value in the service I was provided and I am glad I drove 1.5 hours to go there from Vermont. The rest of the staff was just as professional and helpful. Also if you are paying out of pocket like I did, you can't beat their exam rate anywhere around. Definite 5 stars!!

They were great up until you call to cancel and leave a message. No one got back to me, I was under the assumption that it was cancelled. I tried to schedule today and because it was never notated I attempted to cancel along with no one 'adding that you left a message' they were going to charge me $35 because they never followed up. Not to mention the glasses I spent $250 on last time have all the coating peeling off. Will be going elsewhere and I highly recommended everyone else does as well.

Always have a great experience! The eye doctor, helped my daughter out with an medical condition that he noticed. Also, office is very welcoming, and the workers are all helpful and friendly. Thank you, for all that you do for making the eye doctors office a great experience for my kids.

These ladies are wonderful very professional and kind I liked going there my first time and everything was explained to me as she examined my eyes. The only down fall is the prices of the glasses they have there. I dont believe I seen any under 200 dollars. Even though the glasses are up there in price I would still recommend this vision center as a go to place. Thanks North country vision for a great first time there

Wrong prescription 3 times. Trying to get me to schedule another appointment to re check my eyes. Had to have my old eye doctor fax over my old prescription to order my contacts. Oh and recommended more expensive contacts then the ones I have had for years with no problems. The more expensive ones hurt my eyes after 4 hours and had to take them out. Let alone I couldn't focus on anything with my right eye. After countless phone tag games I'm hoping they order my old script. But I'm not sure if that will be the right one we will have to see when I get them. Seeing how they ordered me 2 trial pairs. Promising one of them would be my old prescription. After trying both trial pairs I compared the trial boxes with my old contact boxes and guess what?! Not the same prescription. Like I said 3 weeks in and my contacts haven't even been ordered. I'd go somewhere else before I ever think about going here again. Unless you like phone tag, being blind, and lied to I would HIGHLY recommend anywhere else.

Michelle bureau came highly recommended many years ago , and didn't disappoint ! She is honest , kind , patient very knowledgeable . She is a very kind hearted ,altruistic lady . She donates her time money and resources to many people . She truly makes the works a better place . I can't say enough about her eye drs as well . Most recently, Jodi price . She was so patient , thorough and knowledgeable . She doesn't try to push you into a new prescription if it's close to your old .she was so kind to my daughter who was so anxious to go because of a bad experience at another eye dr. At college .She was so kind and patient and was able to Answer questions about her sinus issues as it's all connected. She eased her mind Amd def got her over her eye dr phobia truly grateful she joined the practice! They have a great selection of glasses and Michelle really helps find a pair suited to your taste , shape of your face and needs. I would highly recommend this wonderful practice to anyone .Kim salatino
