I had an excellent experience at Sound Vision Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Everyone I interacted with made the visit smooth and comfortable, and they were happy to answer any questions I had.
I was also really impressed with the technology they use. The equipment is clearly very advanced and made the entire exam feel thorough, efficient, and modern. It gave me a lot of confidence that my eyes were being checked with the best tools available.
Dr. Williams was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was very patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. It's obvious that he truly cares about his patients and wants to provide the best possible care.

Feb 2026 absolutely from start to finish from choosing 2 frames help suggestion made the process very easy and the whole staff very professional and warm.
They were extremely busy and not one employee lost patience. I was amazed at the professionalism very polite and laughter throughout amazing experience with The Eye doctor. 100 % if you're in need of an eye exam highly recommended.

Busy place! Eye exam can take a good hour so plan ahead. But they have implemented as many possible methods to help as many people as they can. Dr Williams Sr made my first glasses 30 years ago and now Dr Williams JR serves me with much positivity and couldn't possibly be any better at what he does.
