Dr. Brown and staff are always very personable. She is so skilled and thorough you're confident everything has been covered. Very communicative, she tells me everything I need to know.

Dr Brown was very kind, she spent time giving my eyes a through examination. The staff was very courteous as well. Very pleased with my first visit here.

I'm hoping to revise this review in the future. I went in today for my first visit to this office, which I selected on the basis of the strong positive reviews. I had indicated when scheduling that I did not want a virtual appointment, even though those can be more quickly had. I went in today, and after sitting in the exam chair was informed I needed to provide consent for the virtual examination. Needless to say, I was quite surprised. The staff was very accommodating in rescheduling me for a regular visit, but the experience on the whole left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to visit Chili Vision for the first time, be sure you know what you're signing up for.

Went on Tuesday to pick up nephews glasses and there were no other customers, but they wouldn't let him pick up his glasses, saying it is by appointment only , and all the ophthalmologists were busy with other customers. There were literally NO OTHER CARS in the parking lot! I was told that it was the ophthalmologist that would be fitting his glasses on him which I have never heard that before . He was never told that when they called him to let him know that his glasses we're ready. He was made to wait for someone to call him back to make an appointment . Someone called him before we were we're even out of the parking lot and he had to wait until Friday for an appointment to pick up his glasses. So after being made to come all the way back to pick up his glasses it only took 5 minutes for them to 'fit' him. By someone who wasnt the optometrist. And they couldnt do that on TUESDAY?!?!

I have always had a very professional and friendly experience at Chili Vision Group. Cindy was very thorough in her part of the exam and my history. Dr. Brown could not be any more friendly and extremely capable and knowledgeable. What a great practice to trust with my vision. Kevin B.

The Chili Vision Group quickly made arrangements for an urgent exam after assessing my symptoms. After the exam was completed they set me up with a visit to the retinal specialists within the same day. Expert analysis and great patient care! Emma is incredibly good at her job.

Always a pleasure to go to this practice. I get results quickly. I leave knowing I'm healthy, know my eyes are being taken care of and the selection of great eyewear for both playing pickle ball as well as for just reading or long distance driving is incredible. Fashionista selections. if you play pickle ball and you need a prescription I suggest going here because they have cool looking options that allow you to see the ball better than anybody else. if you haven't visited Chili Vision, you should.
