I forgot to write this review a while ago when the incident originally occurred. I've come here a few times and one day out of the blue moon, I received a credit alert stating I had a collection on my account. Only information available was a name and balance. I had to Google the name, to find out it was from this office.
Instead of someone using common sense and contacting me about a remaining balance, due to my insurnace not covering the full amount of service, they sent the balance to collections.
There was also another odd incident with the staff on the back, where they had been talking about someone (either myself or someone else) and I could see where they wrote in small print on the back of my invoice.

I really enjoyed my last appointment with Dr. Graniero (moving to a different country for school next week). The doctors I saw were very efficient and friendly meeting them the first time. The front desk service/assistants were very helpful as well. The new set up of the office was a bit different but I was happy being directed to where I needed to go especially since for most of it I couldn't really see anything clearly without my glasses. I also appreciated the extra care taken for cleanliness and sanitizing for pandemic protocols.

This was the best eye appt I've ever had. They were all so interactive with my 2 year old and myself. Patient, kind, and role me the truth on if the frames suited my face or not. They answered all my questions and he was extremely friendly and polite. I would recommend everyone go here. I don't typically write 10/10 reviews but I have nothing bad to say. They were quick, efficient, and very clean.

I can't begin to say how much I appreciate the outstanding care Dr. Graniero and Dr. Perry provide. I've had ongoing issues with my eye due to a past shingles infection and they both have always taken the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. I've never felt rushed during an exam and I have consistently felt they have been extremely thorough in examining my eyes.
