My mother is 96 and has wet AMD. She's been getting injections in both eyes every 6 to 8 weeks for the past year. Every time we've been there for her appointments, all the staff members have been wonderful. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who needs highly skilled services. Dr. Sood was marvelous, and the past 4 appointments have been with Dr. Ebert, who is equally marvelous. We are blessed to have such excellent care!

The practice staff at the Horseheads location recognized the urgency of my preliminary diagnosis and placed me on the schedule promptly. Dr. Angela Bassette performed a thorough exam and I was scheduled for a test at the Brighton location to confirm the diagnosis . The technicians and front desk staff there were excellent in all aspects. Dr. Bassette closely reviewed the test results and then examined the conditions and documented the symptom. She explained a reasonable treatment plan for me that provided me much assurance. I highly recommend her.

This place is booming. If you have numerous procedures to be done, you are greeted each time with professionalism, caring, and even a little humor if you kid with them. The waiting rooms are clean and quite comfortable to wait in. You're called very clearly so you don't have to wonder who was called. There's no time being waisted and their mission is to get you prepped and on your way in a fair timely manor. Kudos to all that are part of this dynamic practice.
