It was delightful to see Dr. Roy Kim here at Cornerstone! Precious G. was informative and amazingly knowledgeable in examining and preparing my eyes for this visit with Dr. Kim. Kayleigh, warm and welcoming before the exam and after the exam at this office! She also encouraged the optical department right after the exam. Most offices have you reschedule. This office is quite prepared for you and your services. This is where me and my husband met a very patient and experienced young woman, Ally! She really knows her lenses and frames. Open and honest on what would be the best selection or choice for you to wear. Opinions matter. Overall, very pleasing collaborative teamwork at Cornerstone 160 Sawgrass Drive! All the staff at Cornerstone Sawgrass location were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked together as a great team. The doctor and staff members were patient, encouraging and answered all my questions. They got me in on time and through all the steps of the annual eye exam very efficiently.

People are polite however the billing is suspect and confusing, Was double billed had proof ...was told it went to something else they schedule many appointments to collect as much money as possible without much follow up as to how the results are and if there's a concern, it's not met with much empathy, but rather a if you don't like it, go somewhere else kind of an attitude so definitely be aware. It is a business first care second from my experience.

Always been pleased with the service here from the front staff to the docs to the optical shop. Great glasses selection as well, even if you are on a budget!

I can't say enough about the quality of care provided by Cornerstone Eye Associates. From my pre operative care through my first surgery and the post operative follow up, Dr. Hanauch, Dr. Beisheim and the staff have been very supportive, professional and caring. It is such a comfort to be in such capable care during a stressed time in one's life. Thank you all for your professionalism and care.

My husband who had an eye appointment was met by extremely rude and uncommunicative staff. The other location was very accommodating to move his appointment to the Brighton location, but after that it all went down hill. There was NO communication what so ever. They dilated his eyes, which was not communicate before hand or when the doctor did it. He ended up stranded and I had to leave work and come get him. Overall, we are very frustrated with the complete and utter lack of communication, and we will not be returning. If I could give it zero stars I would. Please be better and actually communicate what you are doing with your clients before and during the appointments.

Dr Qian is very thorough. Looks in detail at findings, and checks things out. When uncertain about a retinal diagnosis today, she asked detailed questions and then referred me to a specialist. The receptionist, Mary was very thorough as well as very courteous and pleasant. They make me happy to go to Cornerstone!

First time contacting this medical provider. So pleased right from the start when I called early in the morning. The operator was very pleasant and very helpful. Everyone in the office starting with the receptionist right through to the doctor and the lady at the checkout desk were wonderful. I will definitely be back.
