My wife saw just Justin park at the brighton office. We had an exceptional experience. Office was clean. All staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I want to highlight that the young lady Morgan at reception was handling some difficult patients with patience and care. When we checked out we were by no means difficult but she gave us a warm and friendly meeting and clearly was going above and beyond for every patient she interacted with. Very pleased to have been referred to this practice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a practice that excels in every aspect.

Tech Sam worked with me this morning. I told her how impressed I am with her bedside manner....I am an RN for 22+ years and talking with patients and being kind and attentive makes a huge difference for patients. Sam did a great job with my patient care. TY Sam.

Everyone here is wonderful, except for the receptionist or whoever is responsible for answering customer calls in the store department. Unfortunately, they don't seem to offer much assistance to paying customers. It feels as though they are trying to rush you off the phone rather than being helpful at all. Their usual response is, 'If you need anything, come in person.' It's like talking to a robot with no feelings. It would be great if they could receive some training in customer service to improve their approach and create a better experience for customers. There are three basic steps in customer service: first, listen; second, engage and resolve the issue; and third, thank the customer for their business. Unfortunately, they don't seem to grasp even these basic principles of customer service.

I love coming to Cornerstone! Dr. Gupta is an amazing doctor and always takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. She is thorough and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Cornerstone Eye Associates with Dr Kim! I was referred by Retina Associates of Western New York l! And I called up before 8 o'clock and they said just wait five minutes so I called them! And they set me up for an appointment an hour and a half later! I was didn't wait very long like about 10-15 minutes ! I had an eye injury and I was out within 20 to 30 minutes ! And so it fast and friendly and they did a great job processing my new patient info for medical eye exam ! And were very professional!:)

Recent Cataract Surgeries for myself and spouse. Technical execution is excellent and unparalleled. Efficient, effective, professional and solicitous staff AND procedures. Surgical center was a premier experience. Wait times once AT an office appointment are poor to terrible. Over an hour past scheduled time before seeing my physician. Lots of sitting around with multiple patients also waiting to be seen. I mentioned this issue to Dr and staff: Patients time is important too. Invested 2+ hrs in a simple post-surgical-no-issues follow up.

The doctors are phenomenal and they are the reason I still come here. The administrative side, however, is a complete mess. Whoever is in charge of the appointment scheduling logistics does their job with their eyes closed, a hope & a prayer, and two brain cells. They have the confidence of Beyonce and the capability of William Hung. They are consistently 30-45 minutes behind schedule, to the point where you have accept the fact that your appointment time is merely a suggestion. Usually this doesn't bother me too much because after years of coming here I am just used to it. Today I waited 35 minutes past my appt time to be called back. And now after seeing the tech I have been waiting 20 minutes (and counting) to see the actual doctor and finish the second half of my exam. By the time my appointment is over I will probably have been here for about two hours. So just be warned when you come here your whole day has to revolve around this appointment. The facility is clean and modern and they offer Nespresso in the back. Compliment sandwich completed; Please do better.
