This was my first time at Downtown Vision Care, and I really ENJOYED the experience! Even though I ended up needing glasses (a reality I'm having a hard time dealing with) I left feeling good about myself. Everyone was incredibly welcome and helpful. Dr. Reeves is patient, informative, gentle, and goes above and beyond. I RARELY write reviews because I am rarely impressed by businesses. If you're looking for a good eye doctor you can trust, go see Dr. Reeves. She and her staff will impress you.

Dr. Reeves is in a class by herself. She is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional doctors I've ever gone to. The selection of frames is great and the rest of the staff is as nice as she is. They validate parking for the parking garage connected to her building, so it's very convenient even though it's located in the city. Do yourself a favor and make your next eye appointment with Dr. Reeves.

Dr. Reeves and her team at Downtown Vision Care offer truly personal service. I am very happy to be in a new pair of glasses that I look AND feel good in. They are located in the Powers Building and you are able to park in the Sister Cities garage and take the second floor sky bridge over. It's safe parking without going outside which is nice. They do a great job at sending you reminder and follow up texts as well. If you're looking for a new eye doctor I highly suggest it here!

The staff is super friendly and the office is very welcoming. Dr Reeves takes extra special care to get to know her patients outside of the medical data so I always feel right at home when I'm there for appointments. She offers many options around the needs of each individual patient. The practice is exceptional!

The whole team at Downtown Vision Care has provided a refreshing experience in vision care for me. I first went to Dr. Reeves a few years ago after starting to get headaches and blurry vision. From there, though the headaches and vision issues were no longer problematic, I found wearing glasses to be uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially being an Athlete and outdoors person. I have spent the last year trying to get a pair of contacts to fit comfortable and correctly. I was out of state in Vermont and Colorado visiting other eye doctors and nobody could figure out my script properly. Tina went out of her way to try different types and different scripts for my astigmatism and odd vision. We finally found the right combination and I am so thankful. Her, Brian and Jessica have been great and going in for appointments is as pleasant as can be. Thanks guys!
