I called in desperation and was seen same day within an hour by Dr. Culliton for a rare condition that was exasperated while I was visiting town. She took so much time with me, did a very thorough exam even though I'd just had one at home - and explained more to me about my condition (Sjogrens severe dry eye) than anyone at home ever had. She gave me options, allowed me time to think them over while she waited, and even called the next day because she was thinking of me and had more solutions. She even emailed me a list of solutions to try back home, and had her staff call around and LOCATE a doc in my hometown in Ohio that could provide the rare solution I needed. I even followed up with her the next day to discuss this further - she sat with me for 20 minutes at the end of her day. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and performs procedures such as scleral lenses that not many eye docs do. She is a gem and I would see her indefinitely if I lived in Rochester. My eyes at 100% better within one day of seeing her after months of misery and I have a solid recovery plan that no one else gave me. Thank you, Dr. Culliton.
