I had a Great experience at Vision Works the Dr and the ladies were very personable helping me. I like there's no more I dilation the picture of my eye was a Nice change the eye doctor explained everything very thoroughly and the ladies were very personable like they were my friends for years. We were laughing and having such a good time they helped me pick out A great pair of glasses. I will use Vision Works again more than five stars. They went above and beyond helping me thank you, Vision Works I'll visit you again.

Easy to schedule an appointment. I actually had to reschedule mine and it was easy and they were understanding. The store was very clean and all workers were polite and friendly and spoke to me as if they knew me. The doctor was great explained everything to me and answered my questions. The lady helping me pick out glasses was friendly and didn't push trying to upsell me, but explained different costs to add things to my glasses and gave me the option to purchase them. Overall very happy !!

Easy to set up the appointment online. Only had to wait about 15 minutes past appointment time to be called into the back. Clinician was very professional and thorough, working rapidly. Doctor working remotely was also professional and thorough. We had no problem choosing eligible frames and then working with the optician up front. We were out of there in about an hour. Glasses promised in 2 weeks. We will see and report back.

Arrived and a representative asked me my name have me sit and within 5 minutes I was called and my exam started then the doctor explained everything to me and I was out great job vision works.

My experience was treated as low graded because of my insurance coverage plan MVP so I had to pick from a certain shelves. I picked out the best one. However I was told that because of my insurance's plan I had to pay $89 for an eye exam that I needed. After the initial eye exam with the eye doctor I specifically told them that I needed transition classes because I get migraines because that's what I was supposed to get at the other Vision Works the last time I got the eye exam and he said OK. I will put that in the prescription. However, when I went to pick up my glasses, the glasses that I got were smaller than they were not transitional like I expected when I told him that they were not what I expected. The lady was telling me that because of my insurance they would not pay for it and I told her why didn't they tell me that I would've paid for the transitional and they are not the same glasses that I had the last time when I tried them on and the lady was nasty and said I was not the one who took care of you and I told her where is the lady and she said well she's not here right now and I asked her to get her and she would not So I threw the glasses at her because she was nasty and that was my reaction because she treated me because of my insurance and that was low

I recently had the opportunity to be fitted for a new pair of eyeglasses. I was greeted as an old friend and the wait was short to be fitted for the new glasses. The pricing was more than fair. I would have no problem in recommending them to others.

My husband and I received excellent service in a welcoming atmosphere. Staff was pleasant and understood our concerns. Fast straight forward service with smiles all around. Highly recommend the store in Henrietta for all of your prescription needs if you need glasses or contacts. We got 3 pairs of glasses reasonably priced. Thank you Empire Visionworks! Well done!
