I've been going to this location for years! It's the same doctors and staff, so there is continuity in service and knowledge of your particular situation. They quickly learn the ins and outs of your insurance to optimize your benefits. Or, offer huge discounts if paying out-of-pocket. I highly recommend Empire Visionworks. I can promise you will be pleased!

All of the employees I dealt with were very pleasant and professional. This location's downfall . . . they opened at 9 a.m., I had made a 9:30 appt. thinking there wouldn't be any delays that early. I arrived at 9:25, yet didn't get called back until 9:50.

I didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor. The practice offer taking a picture of my eyes verses dilating my eyes. I was able to purchase prescription sunglasses instead of new glasses which I've never had. I am very happy with the service I received here.

I purchased glasses in September from this location. I ended up coming and picking up the glasses and they did not seem like the right script. the workers told me to wear it for a few weeks and see if it adjusts. I wore the glasses for some time and brought them back because I did not think they were right. I brought them back in the beginning of October and was seen by an associate and they used little test glasses on my glasses to see if that script looked better and it did so she said possibly they did the script backwards and that she would send them back and get the right script for me. she kept the glasses and send to come back within a week. I came back on October 28th to the same location, and they said they have no record of this encounter and that they do not have the glasses. they told me that they would call me with an update on October 29th and I have not heard anything. I called multiple times on the 29th and 30th and no one will answer the phone. I am very disappointed with what is going on and that we do not know where my glasses are. I cannot get ahold of anyone unless I show up at this store. I am very surprised by this because the workers were great and very friendly.

Update: it has been another 10 days and still no glasses. I called customer service. They said they escilate to upper management and I'd hear in 24 hrs. Over 24hrs and no call. Doctor spent little time checking eyes. Had to get glasses remade for they put prescription in wrong. I called to see if my glasses were in, the online said yes, I go to store and they haven't even shipped. Only one lady in store is helpful.

This place has great customer service and doctors also! I always ho here because they do such a great job! I've been to Lenscrafters and Reed's eye associates and did not pick up on my cataracts which is very dangerous to let go of. If you're looking fir a place that actually takes care of their customers this is the place I would recommend!!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Service was great and one staff member repaired my favorite glasses and I left feeling very pleased!

Super rude. Never gave a straight answer on pricing. Coupon was not good on my insurance so it was basically not worth anything. Not written on coupon that certain insurance wasn't accepted for the buy one get one free. Went down the road to America's best and was treated like a valued customer. Visions works loss.
