Dr. Stephanie Su is fantastic. She conducts thorough eye exams and is efficient, honest, and incredibly pleasant! The whole practice is very efficient, and I was very satisfied both times I visited. They have personnel dedicated to picking out and fitting eye glasses, which is helpful for those with no experience in frame size or other parts of selecting glasses. I will continue to visit Visionary Eye Associates in Rochester for my annual eye exams.

I've been a patient of Dr Ryan's for many, many years and would highly recommend Visionary Eye Associates. The staff is courteous, professional and has always met my needs. Dr Ryan takes the time to give a comprehensive examination with a thorough explanation of any issues and also addresses any questions or concerns you may have (not very common these days!!!). I've always had a very positive experience with Dr Ryan and his staff.

Each and every time that I have gone to Visionary Eye Associates I have been greeted with a smile and confirmation of my appointment. I have always had a great appointment with each Dr and they have not only been professional in the manner in which they conducted themselves, they have answered all my questions. Getting my glasses adjusted is never an issue and I cannot say enough good things about working with the people at Visionary Eye Associates.

I've been a patient of Dr. DePaolis for over 25 years, and have always considered him a professional in his field. He has always taken the time to talk about my care as well as new advancements in eye care technology. He's been available for urgent situations on weekends and holidays also. The office staff is consistently courteous and helpful. That's why my kids are now seen by Dr. D regularly and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been happy patient of Dr D for at least 20 years. I love the way he explains everything about my eyes to me. I also love that he brings nutrition into eye health, since that is my field of interest. The office staff is always friendly and professional and I get my glasses at the office. My entire family sees Dr D. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Ryan and Dr. Depaolis are awesome. Their desk and patient staff are second to none and the doctors are thorough, competent and very personable. They make you feel like a person and not a number. On one occasion in 2013 while in a Master's program, I developed an eye infection from my contact lenses in late afternoon and early evening. I was in a considerable amount of pain and nothing could help me. I went to after hours and it was taking them forever to see me. Meanwhile the burning was intense and excruciating. My wife called Dr. Ryan's office even though it was 8:00pm. Dr. Depaolis answered since he was on call and he asked me to come to office in Brighton immediately. I was shocked that he would do this for me. We rushed over there and within 2 minutes, he used a medication that calmed the burning. By following day, the infection was pretty much gone and I went on with work and my studies. His compassion and professionalism really helped me that day. Dr. Ryan is also very professional and caring. I will not go anywhere else when it comes to my eye care. Danielle at front desk is my favorite. She is very knowledgeable and great with patients. Do not feel obligated to purchase your glasses there as prices are pretty high. You can buy your glasses anywhere. However, purchasing your contacts there is no additional charge than purchasing them yourself. Only real issue I have is that office charges you a fee during your exam for contact lens patients. I am not a big fan of this but I am not willing to change because of this.

Have been a patient of Dr. DePaolis for 20+ yrs. Had a situation recently, needed an immediate appointment. Dr D was at the other office, but was able to see Dr Hochreiter that day. He was all you could want- knowledgeable, personable, took care of my problem quickly. My first visit with him, but was as pleased with him as with Dr. DePaolis over the years. Very convenient hours and locations, for me at least. Have purchased several pairs of glasses over the years as well. Good selection of frames, time was taken to fit properly. Very satisfied.

The doctors and staff at visionary eye associates was of the utmost courteous, respect and knowledge in regards to my clinical presentation. They explained things very well and answered all od questions and concerns fully! You will definitely be impressed with the professionalism!
