Flaum Eye Institute LASIK

From start to finish the whole process was smooth and streamlined. Everyone in the office is lovely to work with. The surgery was so fast and guided. I have 20/20 vision now and it's incredible not wearing contacts or glasses. I would 20 Out of 20 recommend this to anyone considering. Truly life changing. Thank you Dr. MacRae and staff!!

I had LASIK surgery done several years ago. The pre surgery process was very easy and I was glad to be a candidate. The actual surgery was also a very easy process. Being able to get up in the morning and not have to put glasses on my face... having worn glasses for 40+ years has been so great! I do have to wear "cheaters" currently while reading but, am fine doing that and I knew that would happen. The strength of those cheaters has slowly gone from 1.0 to currently needing 1.5 so, I feel even that has been a slow progression. I'm so happy with Flaum and the care I received there and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking this type of surgery. I honestly would not have anyone but. Dr Macrae and those at Flaum perform LASIK on me. Their expertise cannot be denied.

I was originally directed towards another Dr/clinic but was uncomfortable enough with that meeting that I waited a whole year before meeting with Dr Macrae and Dr Dickerson.... At which point my vision was absolutely awful. Five stars to everyone, from the absolutely wonderful receptionist to the nurses and support staff. Such a calm atmosphere. I never want to do it again lol, but I'll actually miss everyone and would certainly go back if I needed any further eye care. And my vision is now perfect ( this was not lasik surgery). Side note- I was actually referred by a friend who did have lasik surgery and she had the same experience.

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr Daniel Savage...it was an incredible experience. It was easy to make a timely appointment...his office staff was very friendly. On my first appt I met with Laura who is delightful and she did a very thorough exam...then Dr Savage came into exam my eyes. He was friendly,down to earth...did a great job explaining the procedure.On the day of the surgery,he came down and met with us. I am 8 days out from my surgery and my vision is perfect.I will have the other eye done in May. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Daniel Savage from Flaum Eye Institute,and his entire staff...they are a 10 out of 10!

Dr. Savage and his team were Phenomenal! I chose PRK after carefully speaking to Dr. Savage. They do a great job at making sure you are comfortable after the procedure. They gave me pain medications and a detailed list of what to do post-op. This helped tremendously because day 2-3 post op was pretty uncomfortable but I slept most of the day. Immediately after surgery I could see! Sometimes before bed I tell myself I have to remove my contact lens but I don't have them anymore lol!! I went so many years with glasses and contacts and it takes a while getting used to not having them! I was going to have my procedure done in Manhattan, NY, but after having my yearly eye exam at CNR vision in Victor, I was recommended to go to Flaum and I'm so excited I did! Would give them 100 stars if I were able to!!!

The entire experience with Flaum was exceptional, from first contact with Fran, the consultation with Laura and Dr Savage, the Surgery with Dr Savage, Kelly and Annette, and the post-op instructions and monitoring. My vision is now 20/15, life-changing clarity, no issues. I highly recommend Flaum and their friendly, conscientious, and professional staff.

Extremely happy with the results of my cataract surgery. Dr. Savage is excellent. He is also kind and professional. Would highly recommend him.

Such an amazing experience. From booking the appointment to the post op appointments, everything was wonderful! Amazing staff and doctors (Annette, Laura, Fran) highly recommend.
