I"m a talking about " Flaum Eye Institute " , one, if not the first, which along with The university of rochester ny, are two of the most prestigious institutions in the world. I^m a patient who considers miself lucky to have been treated by the surgeon naveen mysore MD, whon i describe as a magician without magic, who uses his knowledge, experience and professionalism, combined with divine grace to increase your quality of life. , of unlimited capabilities, thanks to god, to him and to his excellent team, who make you feel like a member of royalty, when you arrive there.

Ridiculous fees for non services. So after charging my insurance hundreds of dollars for a non complete eye exam (snow storm made me feel uncomfortable having my eyes dilated) I am charged an additional non covered by my insurance fee labeled contact lens fitting. I was asked if my prescription for my contacts was still good. I say yes, and am told she will just continue with the same prescription. If I'm being changed a fee labeled as such I would expect my eyes to be measured, new prescription written, and sample lens.

I had surgery on both eyes. As imagined I have eye issues. I am here often. The staff is kind. The system is flawless as related to the convenient check in and checkout: Speed, knowledge, out of the way of office traffic. Beautiful visits, all things considered.

I had Lasik done about a year and a half ago. Flaum staff and doctors were fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results! Edit: 5 years in. Still happy! No issues whatsoever.

Long waits in waiting room. 45 min just to get in.
