She was very nice and informative but man who initially saw me acted like he didn't like his job. When I asked him to speak up he screamed at me. He shouldn't be working in a setting with elderly people who can't hear as well as him in fact he shouldn't be working with any people and I told Dr Jagoda how he acted to me
