I had a low vision specialist in PA but was not happy with the options given me. I found Dr Kornfeld on-line and contacted him. We had a conversation with options and then scheduled an appointment. I was fitted with the biometric telescopic lenses and found my vision again. What a Blessing to have someone who really cares about others' vision. Thank you

I've been going to Dr. Kornfeld for about 15 years now. While I don't have low vision I do have diabetic retinopathy issues. When things came up that needed treatment if there was something he couldn't do he knew just where to send me locally. The great thing about seeing Dr. Kornfeld is everyone gets the same full and complete eye exam. If you have perfect vision or just so so vision he will run through all of the proper steps to be sure you're seeing as clearly as you can. I know this all sounds like some type of ad. I really can't tell you just how pleased I am with the services I've gotten from him over the years. One additional thing I forgot but wanted to mention. You will never have any problems getting your glasses or contact prescription handed directly to you (at least we never have) however this is not true for all practices. You are free to go get you new "eyes" anywhere you'd like. Although for convenience my wife gets her contacts right from his office. I hope you have enjoyed the story on the blog as much as I did and I hope you will consider sharing it to help those with difficulties in seeing to have additional hope. I highly recommend Dr. Kornfeld. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I went to Dr. Kornfeld after glaucoma surgery that significantly impacted my eyeglass prescription. With the prescription he determined, I now have excellent visual acuity.
